ITC’s filing of numerous condemnation lawsuits was the subject of press coverage by the Macomb Daily and WXYZ Television.

I have discussed my representation of a large ownership group being impacted by ITC’s takings that will essentially clear cut back yards and expose owners to the Macomb Orchard Trail. The media has picked up the story. First, the Macomb Daily ran an article that quotes both this blog and me. Then, WXYZ ran a story on the same subject.
