MACOMB TOWNSHIP FILING EMINENT DOMAIN LAWSUITS

Budgetary constraints are being lifted in Macomb County.

I recently wrote about new municipal condemnations and predicted that there would be an uptick in municipal projects after budgetary constraints resulted in years of inactivity. Another example has manifested itself. Recently, Macomb Township has filed a series of lawsuits to acquire property rights.
